NIGIDJA- Miss Miranda Rosa Nigidja, age 26 years, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 13, 2018. She was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on September 12, 1992 and lived most of her life in Thunder Bay and Armstrong. A generous person with a big heart she spent much of her time volunteering for various organizations including Roots to Harvest. Miranda had a passion for native art and culture and was a very talented painter. She will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by her sibllings: Tracy, Katherine, Travis, Patrick, Wilson, Mellinda, Skyler and Cyrus, foster mom Pauline as well as by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, other relatives and many dear friends. She was predeceased by her parents. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Snows R.C. Church, Armstrong, Ontario. The interment will take place at Hillside Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 19th from 2-3 p.m. in the Sargent & Son Funeral Chapel, 21 N. Court Street.
