I didn't know Joe personally, though it truly felt like I did as a more frequent patient of Dr. Franchi's. She was just an absolute ray of sunshine and would do anything she could for you. I don't think any receptionist will ever top her; the way she cared beyond her job and made a purpose of getting to know you, she is truly an angel who has just gained her wings back. My deepest condolences and thoughts go to her family and friends, she was truly an amazing woman.
