Obituary for Bryan Craig Hannula
It is with great sadness that the family of Mr. Bryan Craig Hannula, age 46 years announces his passing on Wednesday, January 6, 2016.
Bryan proudly served the community of Thunder Bay and District as a Paramedic for 23 years. He worked earnestly to practice his profession to the highest standards and his hard work was rewarded with his own Advanced Care Paramedic certification.
When not at work, Bryan loved to downhill ski and was a long serving member of the Canadian Ski Patrol. Bryan was also a member of the Masonic Lodge. He thoroughly enjoyed travelling and that pursuit took him to many relaxing and exotic locales.
Bryan is survived by his parents Sheena and Allan Hannula, brother Gary (Jennifer), nephews Peter and Gavin and niece Brynn. He leaves behind numerous other relatives, friends, colleagues as well as his EMS family.
A memorial service to celebrate Bryan's life will take place at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 in the Sargent & Son Funeral Chapel, 21 North Court Street with Rev. Harold Hunt officiating. In lieu of flowers donations in Bryan's memory may be made to the Pediatric Ward of Thunder Bay Regional Hospital, the Thunder Bay District Humane Society or a charity of your choice.
