With deep sadness the family of Elizabeth (Liz) Blais, announce her passing on Friday, April 9, 2021 after a brief illness.

Elizabeth loved watching TV, playing Bingo on Saturday nights and spending time with family and friends.
Liz will be forever missed by her loving husband of 60 years Charlie Blais, their daughter Dolly (Bridget), their son Jean Guy (Nina). Her grandchildren Daniel, Louise and Ryan, great grandchildren Mya and Curtis. Also survived by brothers, sisters, and their families.

Liz was predeceased by her eldest son Allen, her parents Gladys and Mac, brother, sister, and other family members.

A private Funeral Service will be held Thursday April 15th at 10:30 AM at Sargent and Son Funeral Home. Those wishing to watch the service virtually may do so on the Sargent & Son Facebook page. Donations may be made to charity of choice. Online condolences may be made at

Charlie, Dolly and family,
I am so very sorry to hear of Lizzy's passing. We send our deepest sympathies, so many memories from the past I have she was a very special friend to my Mom (Margaret Leblanc) . I have bumped into her over the years and she has not changed a bit. She will be sadly missed.

Charley, Dolly and Guy and families I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Liz was a good person and she was a strong women with many good qualities. Liz and I have been friends since childhood. We didn't always hang out but she was always friendly to me. She will be missed. God Bless and you are all in my prayers.

My condolences to Leslie’s family and her brother Clifford Jimmy I remember meeting Lizzie along time ago she was a feisty girl let me tell you small but feisty always had a beautiful smile on her face was very surprised to hear that she passed away

Eric and I are very saddened to hear of Liz’s passing. She was a great lady who we loved spending time with. Her quick wit always made us laugh!!Our condolences to the entire family.
