Dear Liz and family, we were saddened to learn of Fraser's passing. What a great guy he was, in all aspects of life. This is a tragic loss, for your family, and all of Thunder Bay. We had occasion to meet Fraser several times over the last few months, and as always, he was upbeat and positive. He will be missed. Our deepest sympathy.
