In Memory of

Obituary for Meghan May Ruth Manduca

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Meghan Manduca, of Thunder Bay, on January 16, 2023 at the age of 20 years old.

She will be lovingly remembered by her mother Penny (Tom), father Ronald, sister Karlina, furbaby Nala, nanna and poppa Debbie and Norm, grandpa Ronald Sr., grandma Cindy, stepbrother Hunter, stepsister Clarissa, great-grandparents Donna & Gilles, best friend Cassandra, boyfriend Austin, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was predeceased by her great-grandpa Dave Vibert, great-gramps Jimmy Manduca, great-granny May Manduca, aunties Judy, Linda, Karen, uncles Danny, Tim, Calvin, George, and cousins Jason, Cody, and Corey.
Meghan was born to Penny Jalbert & Ronald Manduca, and she was their little ray of sunshine from birth. Meghan loved hiking throughout different areas of Thunder Bay. She enjoyed her many trips to Stewart Lake for family picnics and swimming, and as a child she travelled many cities across USA to watch dirt car racing with her family.

Meghan’s love for life was her four-legged furbaby. She lived for Nala day in and day out. She enjoyed her walks with her doggy for daily ice capps from Tim Hortons.

Meghan loved every animal she came across. She always said, “I need to make sure they feel loved.” She always had a passion to venture into a career with animals, but unfortunately her health had prevented it from happening.

Meghan’s passion for life was to be sure all her loved ones were taken care of and know how much she loved them. She was selfless, genuine, carefree, loyal, nurturing, and she was always to-the-point. She deserved everything as she would give the world to everyone.

“May your playful soul shine on.”

A celebration of life will follow.
