Mrs. Mirella Cimini age 90 years, passed away unexpectedly at TBRHSC on Thursday, April 8, 2021 with her Son Leo by her side. Mirella was born in Gorizia, Italy on March 28, 1931, the daughter of Maria & Edoardo Pollesel.

Mirella thoroughly enjoyed Cooking/Baking for her Family, shopping, her trips to the Casino and Bingo. Her greatest love was her family and she enjoyed spending time with them whenever possible.

Mirella was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother who had an amazing sense of humour.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Bruno Cimini, Laila Kuoppala, Linda (Ken) Beckett and Leo (Francine) Cimini, her grandchildren: Paul (Jennifer) Cimini, Cheryl Cimini, Casey Kuoppala, Anita (Jeremy) Palmer, Jason (Julie) Siegfried, Jeremy Siegfried, Justin Cimini (Michelle) and Dawna Cimini (Alex), great grandchildren, James, Keven, Katrina, Kayla, Kole, Hunter & Ethan, 2 great great grandchildren, sisters Gilda Dalpra and Linda Accornero as well as numerous other relatives in Canada & Italy.

She was predeceased by her Husband Guerrino (October 2020), her parents Maria & Edoardo Pollesel, brother Edo Pollesel, daugher-in-law Bonnie Cimini, son-in-law Alpo Kuoppala as well as numerous other relatives.

The Family would like to extend a special Thank you to Dr. Osman, Dr. Ingves, Dr. MacDonald and Victor Lukankin for the care they provided to Mirella over the last year.

Cremation has taken place. Interment of both Mirella & her husband Guerrino will take place on Friday April 23, 2021 at a private service for Family only.

As expressions of sympathy donations to the T.B.R.H.S Foundation-Cardiovascular Surgery Program would be appreciated.
