The family of Russell Anthony Lawrence Brown announces his passing on January 4, 2023 in Thunder Bay.
He is lovingly remembered by his mother Andrea Foss, his two sisters Loretta (Steve) and Judy (and her family), his best friend Jane Sakanee, and his extended family.
He was predeceased by his father Lawrence, brother Randy, sister Lilah, uncles Bruno, Hans, and Wayne, aunts Sally and Alice, and cousins Michael and Ralph.
