Obituary for Wayne Orrin Appel
Wayne Appel, lifelong resident of Thunder Bay, Ontario, passed away on September 10, 2022 in Shuniah Township at the age of 52.
Wayne enjoyed camping, biking, fishing, family friends, video games (hockey) and most of all, his two children, Seth and Oliver.
He will be lovingly remembered by his sons Oliver Appel and Seth Appel; his sisters Debbie Vickery (Keith), Cheryl Appel, and Jean Appel; his brothers Glenn Appel and Mark Appel (Sherry); and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was predeceased by his parents Leonard and Evangeline Appel and brothers David Appel and Brian Appel.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 3, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., at Sargent & Son Funeral Chapel. The family suggests contributions to MADD in memory of Wayne.
