As a healthcare professional (now retired) and a patient with Dr Franchi, I have never met any receptionist as kind and caring as ‘Joe’. She was an absolute gem as a person who always did more than expected to ensure all patients were taken care of as efficiently as possible.
I will indeed miss her smile and patient sincerety.
