Obituary for Brian John Rioux

RIOUX- Mr. Brian John Rioux age 26 years, a resident of Edmonton, Alberta and formerly of Thunder Bay passed away unexpectedly on February 16, 2003 in Edmonton. Born in Thunder Bay he was educated at Hillcrest Highschool and after completing grade twelve he moved to Edmonton to further his career. Brian loved to play the guitar, motor sports especially stock cars, mountain biking, camping, fishing and just having fun. He will be lovingly rememberd by his father Dennis Rioux (Debbie) of Thunder Bay, mother Tara Rioux of Kelowna, B.C., sister Michelle Rioux of Kelowna, B.C., step-brother Andrew Gruben of Thunder Bay, grandmothers; Bernice Rioux of Thunder Bay, and Madeline Hampshire of Kelowna, B.C.. Numerous aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. He was predeceased by his grandfather (Pappa) John Rioux. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. in the Sargent & Son Funeral Home 21 N. Court Street, with Rev. Lloyd Ivany officiating. A private interment will be held at a later date. Should friends desire donations to the Northern Cancer Research Foundation would be appreciated.
