Condolence: Im sad to hear about the passing of the best and and positive and the best motivator in my life as i came to his dentist thru out my years and im sad to hear he passed away he was a great great guy. Im 15 and i knew him since i was a little kid and I trusted this guy the most cause he was so polite and nice all the time giving me stickers and what not but i hope the best for the family and his wife are doing well and im starting a placement wish i got to tell him the motivation was real with this guy thanks alot rest easy mr crooks you were a great person and I can’t stop saying it the experience i have had was better then most easy going and slow paced and not so fast

My uncle Connie said a friend was beginning a new practice so I went to him and continued ever since.
