Kathleen Anne Mary McDonald, age 56 years, passed away peacefully though unexpectedly in the T.B.R.H.S.C. on Wednesday, December 28, 2016. She was born in Port Arthur on September 30, 1960. Kathy enjoyed working as a F.S.S. with Nav Canada and her job had her working in several northern communities including The Pas, MB, Coral Harbour and Resolute in the N.W.T., Prince Albert, SK, as well as in Winnipeg, MB, Thunder Bay and Charlottetown P.E.I. Her hobbies and interests included crossword puzzles, traveling and she had a love for horses. Kathy will be lovingly remembered by her mother Hazel Oickle, brothers Bill McDonald, Terry Squitti, John Squitti, Frank (Chris) Squitti and Brian Squitti as well as by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and other relatives. She was predeceased by her father Harris Cameron McDonald, her grandparents, auntie Kay Tully, uncles Jack Bright, Edward Bright, Frank Maxted, Charles Petch, Robert Petch, and Truman Petch, Aunt Ruby and uncle Louis Bruzzesse, aunt Joan Deveau and niece Kimberley Squitti. A memorial visitation will be held on Monday, January 2, 2017 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. in the Sargent Family Reception Centre, 21 N. Court Street.
