Obituary for Otto Larsen Mr.

Otto Larsen- It is with saddened hearts that we announce the passing of Otto Eigild Larsen at the TBRHSC on December 31, 2012 surrounded by his family. Otto was born on December 9, 1931 and was the youngest son of Kris and Christina Larsen. Raised in the rural area of Pass Lake, Ontario, Otto was a dedicated and loyal employee of Ontario Hydro for 41 years. He lived in Geraldton, Ontario with his loving wife Euphemia Larsen for 39 years until they relocated to Thunder Bay in 1998. Otto is survived by his brother Kris Larsen and his sister Lillian Jacobson, his daughter Gina Lynn Larsen and his granddaughters Kathryn Brooke Shields, Cynthia Lynn Shields and Shelli Ann Shields, his great grandson Christopher Therriault and step-children Greta Barr, John Berg (Roberta) and their families. Otto is predeceased by his parents, his loving wife Euphemia Larsen, brother-in-law Herb Jacobsen and sister-in-law Betty Larsen and step-son-in-law Jim Barr, step-son Howard Berg (Arleen) and other family members. A Memorial Service will be held on January 11, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the Sargent & Son Funeral Chapel, 21 North Court Street with Pastor Arleen Berg of Hilldale Lutheran Church presiding. An interment will be held in Pass Lake at a later date. Otto's family give thanks to the staff of 2C TBRHSC for their wonderful care.
