Dennis "Chico"  Menean
Mr. Dennis “Chico” Menean, age 48 years, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 19, 2016.

Dennis lived life to the fullest and shared many activities with friends and family. His passions were playing hockey, golf, hunting, fishing and motorcycle riding. He was especially fond of spending time at home, gardening, wood working, wine and sausage making. As a master mechanic and lead technician, Dennis worked with a crew of guys that he loved.

Dennis was an extremely generous person, always lending a hand to those who needed help.

Dennis leaves behind his loving wife Christine, sister Cindy McConnell (Steve) and niece Jaclyn, brother Mark (Tara), sisters-in-laws Kim Hudson, Kerrie Hudson (Ted) and Cyndy Grigg (Paul) and many nieces and nephews.

Dennis was predeceased by his parents Domenico and Giacomina Menean.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 24, 2016 at St. Anthony's R.C. Church, the Funeral Mass will begin at 2:00 p.m. celebrated by Rev. Luigi Filippini. The entombment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation for friends will take place on Thursday, June 23, 2016 from 5:30-7:00 p.m. in the Sargent & Son Funeral Chapel where the Vigil Service will begin at 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association, Thunder Bay District Humane Society or to Canadian Tire Jump Start Program.
