Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Jennie Zurba can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolences

Condolence From: Louise Moscicky (Chomniak)
Condolence: Please accept my condolences on Aunt Jenny's passing. I'm sure that my dad was waiting with open arms to greet his older sister into heaven. One thing that can be said for the Chomniaks, they loved their gardens and sharing the fruits of their labour. Rest in peace Aunt Jenny.

Condolence: I remember a trip to Thunder Bay with my father and two older brothers in what must have been 1972 or 73. My memory is how we surprised Auntie Jennie in her garden and at first she did not who was in her back yard. But I remember her running to greet my dad when she realized who it was and she was so happy. When I see this beautiful picture I can only imagine that she had that same smile for her children and grandchildren when you came to visit her in her garden. My condolences to all of her children and grandchildren.

Condolence: Sorry very sorry to read of Jennie's passing. She was a good friend of my mom and dad, both of whom we have lost. Dad just this past August at almost 99 years of age and mom almost 20 years ago. I remember Jennie coming to mom's prayers when she passed. She will be sadly missed but never forgotten by the family. My prayers are with you all.

Condolence: So sorry to hear of the news of Aunty Jennie's passing. I will always remember going to her house to visit and she always wanted me to go in the garden and pick out some veggies to take home. She is smiling with Uncle Morris and Uncle Nick up in heaven.

Condolence From: Rose Marie Fero
Condolence: Sincere comdolence in the loss of your mother, grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt and friend. Jennie was a good friend and a wonderful neighbour to us. We will not forget all the kindnesses she gave us. She gave a branch from her lilac bush one day. I planted it and it has flourished - a reminder she will be with us always.
