Condolence: Nani,
Although unavoidable, it is beyond difficult to believe we are at this place right now. Due to current circumstances, we are unable to travel to Thunder Bay to attend your Celebration of Life but that does little to change how we celebrate your life everyday. For every happy moment, and each upcoming celebration you will be there. Present, smiling and sending your love.
In a recent letter you mentioned how our wedding was "such a happy family day - except Papa was not there". At the time, this line brought tears to our eyes but rereading the letter now, the tears are no longer present. You also wrote how happy you were to have "the picture of all the grandchildren with you enlarged and framed". This was located in the perfect viewing spot from your chair.
Now we know, not only are you watching all your children, grandchildren and great grandchildren from where you are but, that you are watching over everyone while holding Papa's hand. This imagine brings cheer, in such a sad time.

Condolence From: Norma Skinner
Condolence: I knew Joyce from the time I worked on 2North at SJ hospital in the early 80's. She was our evening ward clerk and I thought the world of her. I was a young nurse and the floor was so busy it could be overwhelming and she was the calm in the middle of the storm. She had my name one Christmas and gave me a Christmas tea mug and made me shortbread cookies - proving to me she thought about me and what I would like and I remember that gift every Christmas - by far one of the most thoughtful gifts I have ever received. She loved Sam and her kids and I know she will be missed. I will always have fond memories of her.

Condolence: Aunt Joyce will be dearly missed by her loving family and many friends .I must share my love for Aunt Joyce as she was so kind and supportive to me as a new mother ,taking time to have my first baby shower .Also just being fine with any visits anytime no need to call just stop by to visit. Ross , Robert, Elizabeth, Christopher and myself will miss the talks and visits. Our condolences to the family.
