Tonight I received a call from our mutual girlhood friend, Eleanor, telling me of our friend "Joni"s passing. She was a wonderful highschool friend and the quintessential cheerleader. I echo the many comments about Joan's warmth and enthusiasm and kindness. I don't think she ever uttered a mean word about anyone. I hadn't seen Joni for many years but always reserved a place in my heart for this wonderful woman. My condolences to Ian and their children. With love and many fun memories, "Annie"......ie.
